You will be assigned to oversee the operations the following branches:
- Lax by But First, Coffee - Milano Residences (Makati City; w/ service charge)
- Lax by But First, Coffee - BF Homes (Paranaque City; w/ service charge)
- Lax by But First, Coffee - KM17 (Las Pinas City; no service charge)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets across all branches.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor average order value (AOV), foot traffic, and conversion rates.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing Team for local store marketing initiatives.
- Identify underperforming stores and implement corrective sales action plans.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives through store leadership coaching.
- Set branch-level sales targets and monitor achievement.
Profit Responsibilities
- Ensure all branches meet target gross profit and net profit margins.
- Monitor food cost and beverage cost percentages.
- Analyze P&L statements and address negative variances.
- Control labor cost through proper manpower scheduling and productivity planning.
- Reduce operational waste and unnecessary expenses.
- Ensure cost control policies are consistently implemented across stores.
- Approve major operational expenses and capital expenditures.
Store Management Responsibilities
- Conduct regular branch visits and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and brand standards.
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures compliance.
- Ensure all stores maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and facility standards.
- Support new branch openings, renovations, or relocations.
- Ensure stores meet local government and regulatory requirements.
- Implement store improvement action plans when necessary.
People Management Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop Area Managers / Store Managers.
- Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Identify high-potential employees for succession planning.
- Ensure proper manpower allocation across branches.
- Address disciplinary issues and employee relations concerns.
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Ensure consistent implementation of training programs.
- Monitor employee engagement and turnover rates.
Operations Responsibilities
- Ensure operational consistency across all branches.
- Monitor daily operations performance metrics (speed of service, quality, customer satisfaction).
- Ensure implementation of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Oversee adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Review and improve operational workflows for efficiency.
- Implement process improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Manage crisis situations (customer complaints, operational disruptions).
Inventory Management Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels across branches to avoid stock-outs and overstocking.
- Ensure proper stock forecasting based on sales trends.
- Control inventory variance and shrinkage.
- Oversee monthly inventory audits and reconciliation.
- Approve inter-branch transfers of stocks.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement for timely replenishment.
- Investigate discrepancies in inventory reports.
Perform other related tasks/duties assigned by the management
Salary: Php. 30,000 - 35,000 + Service Charge
