Role Description

The Finance Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Quezon City. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, planning and budgeting for the . Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing accounting processes, and implementing effective cost control measures. The Finance Manager will also provide strategic financial insights, manage relationships with external auditors, and work closely with management to drive financial performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting
• Experience in accounting practices, compliance with financial regulations, and auditing processes
• Strong skills in financial reporting, cost control, and financial planning
• Proficiency in using financial software and tools
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent decision-making and organizational skills
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience with SAP ECC or SAP S/4Hana is an advantage
• Certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field
• Experience in the reatail/distribution/automotive industry is an advantage
