Job Summary:
Accounting Specialist (Billing) is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely preparation of invoices, maintaining billing records, and supporting the company's revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record and process daily sales transactions in the accounting system
- Prepare and issue invoices to customers
- Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable
- Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Prepare sales reports and summaries for management
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Reconcile sales data with inventory and cash collections
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding billing and payment concerns
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting, or sales-related finance role
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
