Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Public Accountant, located in Metro Manila. The CPA will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy in financial statements, managing tax preparation and compliance, and performing general accounting and financial reporting activities. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to ensure financial efficiency and compliance with regulations, as well as supporting audits and financial planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Experience in Tax Preparation and ensuring compliance with tax regulations
• Current Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license
• Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting principles
• High attention to detail and advanced analytical skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in property development or related industries is a plus
