Profile Summary:
The Pharmacist is responsible for handling, dispensing, and safe distribution of pharmaceutical and cosmetic products for an E-Commerce distributor and enabling company.
The role involves supporting compliance with regulatory standards, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper storage and quality of medications, and aiding in the timely fulfillment of online orders.
Major Responsibilities:
Pharmacy Operations/Dispensing
- Assist in receiving, storing, handling and dispensing pharmaceutical according to regulatory and organizational guidelines.
- Support the review of prescriptions for accuracy, correct dosages, interactions, and proper usage.
- Report any adverse drug reactions or product quality concerns to the Pharmacist or relevant authority.
Inventory & Storage Management
- Help monitor stock levels and maintain proper storage conditions for medications and cosmetics, with coordination to the Pharmacist and Demand Planner.
- Maintain records of drug movements, batch numbers, and expiration dates.
Regulatory Compliance & Customer Support
- Ensure compliance with Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) regulations, including timely maintenance and renewal of
- License to Operate (LTO) and other required permits.
- Support regulatory oversight and accurate record-keeping for all e-commerce and online pharmaceutical distribution activities.
- Coordinate and align with UL Skin Sciences Inc. and UNILAB Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
- Collaborate with Customer Service to address medication-related inquiries and concerns.
