The Resource Planning Officer supports new store construction and renovation projects by planning material requirements, managing purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries with vendors, Engineering Services, and logistics partners to ensure on‑time store turnover.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast material and service requirements using project outlooks and data analysis
- Prepare short‑term (8‑week) and long‑term (12‑month) demand projections
- Review actual purchases against forecasts and improve planning accuracy
- Manage SAP contracts and purchase orders, including edits and cancellations
- Monitor vendor inventory and order delivery status
- Coordinate with vendors and 3PLs to prevent supply issues and delays
- Track and report vendor, 3PL, and delivery performance
- Assist stores with delivery, billing, warranty, and receiving concerns
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
- At least 2 years experience in planning, supply chain, or order management
- Experience in construction or retail projects is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP SRM
- Licensed Industrial or Civil Engineer preferred
