Responsibilities
- Have clear understanding of Roles & Responsibilities applicable to your position and to your team.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions and hazards as soon as per the APAC OSCP Incident Reporting and Investigation.
- Comply with safe systems of work, instruction, information, training, safety procedures, manufacturers instructions and statutory requirements Meets the security, safety and quality standards of the area (rules of docks, PPE, etc.)
- Use safety equipment where it is provided.
- Attend safety training when requested and comply with the content of any training received.
- Conduct monthly Workplace Safety Committee Meeting.
- Ensure that the quality standards as defined for DHL and the customer are maintained and managed through consequence on a daily basis.
- Ensure that quality related findings are properly reported thru generation of Quality Alert Report.
- Ensure that Controls and Corrective and Preventive Actions are properly implemented on the line - when needed.
- Report all quality related errors/defects at Transport checking and during system transactions and participate on root cause analysis and CAPA closure. - when needed
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Required skills): SAP, MS Office particularly in Excel, Outlook & Word.
- At least 1-2 years experience in warehousing management and distribution operations as
- Encoder or any related position
- Effective compliance to instructions and keen to details
