AgriPacific Corporation is looking for a Poultry Farm Manager!
What are the Roles and Responsibilities
- Leads and manages the overall operations of the Gerona site, integrating Feed Mill, Growing, and Layer units.
- Ensures the production efficiency, quality, and biosecurity compliance, and effective people management through supervision of respective Area Supervisors.
This could be for you if you're:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or any related field. PRC license is an advantage.
- At least 5-7 years in poultry or agro-industrial operations with experience in managing multiple operational areas and supervising teams.
- Must knowledgeable in operational oversight, production management, biosecurity, quality, and compliance management.
- Must be proficient in MS Office, Farm Reports analysis, GAHP practices, and SAP system.
- Willing to work in Gerona, Tarlac for a Stay in set up
