- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer
- Construction Safety Training
- Training in Tunneling works
- Computer Literacy
- Master's in Geotechnical or tunnel Engineering
- Underground/Tunnelling safety certification
- FIDIC certification
- Project management certification
- Minimum 10-12 years in civil construction
- At least 5-8 years in tunnelling or underground works
- Experience in hydro tunnels preferred
- Experience as Tunnel Engineer or Resident Engineer
- Experience supervising contractors
- Experience working with geotechnical teams
- Experience on large infrastructure projects preferred
- Tunnelling construction methods (NATM, drill & blast, TBM awareness)
- Rock support and lining systems
- QAQC inspection
- HSE in underground works
- Survey and alignment control
- Reporting and Documentation
- Risk assessment
- Advanced geotechnical analysis awareness
- Instrumentation and monitoring systems
- FIDIC contract knowledge
- BIM/digital tools
