This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for a Reports Analyst

The Reports Analyst will analyze trends, ensure compliance across international jurisdictions, and provide the narrative that helps leadership understand our global financial health. This role is ideal for someone who balances technical accounting knowledge with advanced data storytelling skills.

• Global Financial Reporting: Develop, maintain, and automate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages for international subsidiaries.

• Variance & Trend Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into international P&L accounts, identifying and explaining fluctuations in currency exchange, regional tax implications, and operational spend.

• Process Scalability: Partner with stakeholders to design and implement standardized reporting workflows that support RingCentral's rapid global expansion.

• Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements. Perform regular audits of data flows between ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle) and reporting tools.

• Executive Support: Create high-impact visualizations (via Tableau, Power BI, or Excel) for the International Accounting Manager to present to the Controller and CFO.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the Dallas accounting hub and regional teams in EMEA and APAC to harmonize data collection.

To succeed in this role you must have the following:

• 3-5 years experience, ideally in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a reporting or financial analyst role, preferably within a global SaaS or tech company.

• Technical Proficiency: . Expert-level Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros).

  • Experience with Quickbooks is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with BI/visualization tools.

• Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of the accounting cycle and, ideally, exposure to multi-currency consolidations or international tax concepts.

• Mindset: You thrive in a growth mindset environment. You don't just find errors you find solutions and suggest ways to automate manual tasks.

• Collaboration and Communication Skills - Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization. Ability to work independently and collaborate with other departments

• Willing to work on night shift ( 8am - 5pm PST )
