Job Description
The Consultative Analyst should be able to design and develop innovative, user-friendly dashboards in Microsoft Power BI to support Broadspire's Consultative Analytics team in solving stakeholders business problems, improving client outcomes, and strengthening client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Works with Account Executives, Sales Executives, Consultative Leads, and other stakeholders to build client-specific strategies that will lead to measurable success and build long-term preference with the buyer.
- Designs new and differentiated solutions we can offer to our clients, tests solutions/programs for benefits, and develops material to explain and promote solutions.
- Creates innovative prototypes for sales screenshots and demos, often with very quick turnarounds.
- Implements client-facing and/or internal dashboards in Power BI and develop updates with their enhancements.
- Communicates the dashboards developed to stakeholders effectively and provides basic to in-depth user training.
- Enhances existing products.
- Joins product squads and develops reports for that squad's metrics and other needs.
- Assists the Issue Coordinators in answering questions on Power BI-related requests, or sometimes fulfill the role of triaging tickets and determining what's needed from relevant parties.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Science, Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business, Risk Management, or any related field. Education in both quantitative and qualitative areas, preferred.
- 2-3 years of related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Significant experience with Microsoft Power BI for report/dashboard development, distribution, and administration, including Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) and Power Query
- Familiarity with SQL, MS Access, or other database programs
- Ability to apply AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Codex to accelerate development, improve code quality, and solve complex problems.
- Familiarity with statistics
- Good command and understanding of data visualization best practices.
- Knowledge of basic user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles is a plus.
- Capable of quickly learning new tools
