Job Description

We're looking for a proven outbound sales expert with experience managing teams, writing scripts, and consistently exceeding quotas. You should be able to self-manage, spot what's not working, and make changes that drive results, no hand-holding needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls and send cold emails daily that generate qualified appointments.
  • Write and refine sales scripts that convert.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost campaign success.
  • Manage and train other sales reps as we scale.
  • Track and report performance with full ownership of results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing and leading a sales team.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven.
  • Strong outbound sales and communication skills.
  • Track record of exceeding quotas and closing tough sales calls.

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to driving schools.
  • Ability to run simple online demos.
  • Familiarity with Smartleads, AirCall, and HubSpot.
  • Native American English Accent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
