ROLE OVERVIEW

This role is designed to uphold the standards of customer service excellence by managing warranty and shipping concerns and addressing discrepancies promptly, primarily via email. As a valued team member, you'll support Randy's commitment to treating customers professionally while efficiently handling customer inquiries.

The position involves engaging with social media posts, processing event orders in QuickBooks, and conducting data entry tasks. You're empowered to ensure smooth preparations for business gatherings, managing logistics and travel arrangements for numerous trade shows each year. The night shift allows seamless engagement with international clients, sustaining Randy's brand image across all communication channels.

You'll work closely with various departments, generating key reports while maintaining accurate data oversight. The role's unique remote nature enables flexibility without compromising productivity or service quality.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Proven customer service experience with excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability in managing diverse responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using Google Suite and QuickBooks (a plus).
• Experience in trade show logistics or event planning.
• Ability to draw insights from data and make informed decisions.

Strong Signals

• Advanced proficiency in data entry and administration.
• Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot (a plus).
• Ability to manage client relationships and resolve critical issues effectively.
