REMOTE OCCUPATIONAL THERAPISTWork From Home | Full-Time / Part-Time | Philippines-Based
We are looking for qualified and experienced Occupational Therapists to join our growing remote team and provide professional support to Occupational Therapists based in Australia.
This is a non-clinical remote role focused primarily on supporting Australian-based OTs with clinical documentation, report preparation, research, peer review, and other professional support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Australian Occupational Therapists with report writing and clinical documentation
- Conduct peer review and quality checks of OT reports
- Undertake clinical and evidence-based research
- Assist with assessment interpretation and preparation of supporting documentation
- Review reports for accuracy, consistency, and appropriate clinical language
- Gather, organise, and analyse relevant clinical information
- Provide administrative and professional support to Australian-based OTs
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling participant/client information
- Communicate effectively with Australian-based team members
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines
RequirementsEssential
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Must be a registered Occupational Therapist and PRC board passer in the Philippines
- Must have completed at least 750 hours of Occupational Therapy practice/work within the last 2 years
- Relevant professional experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong understanding of OT assessments, interventions, and clinical documentation
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Strong report-writing, proofreading, and documentation skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to conduct independent research and interpret evidence
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable work-from-home setup
- Willingness to work Australian business hours or an agreed schedule
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professional standards
Preferred
- AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with Australian Occupational Therapists
- Experience with NDIS-related documentation and processes
- Familiarity with Australian OT terminology, standards, and report formats
- Experience preparing Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) reports
- Experience in clinical peer review or report quality assurance
- Experience working with Australian NDIS participants or providers
- Familiarity with electronic medical records, CRM systems, and clinical documentation platforms
