Position: Relationship Manager-UFSI (UFSI_J000034)

Office Location: Ortigas, Pasig City

Job Summary: The Relationship Manager manages client relationships through consistent engagement, ensuring portfolio allocations and solutions align with clients investment objectives and risk tolerance. Accountable for achieving individual sales targets on investments and insurance, growing assets under management (AUM), and expanding the customer base. Ensures strict adherence to the sales process and compliance with operating policies to maintain a strong control environment.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Drive portfolio actions through proactive client engagement.
  • Respond to investment-related or transactional queries (CASA, credit card).
  • Generate MGM/referrals for new-to-bank clients.
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities for cards, loans, and other products.
  • Attend internal and external market outlook briefings regularly.
  • Conduct portfolio reviews for at least 1–2 clients daily.
  • Complete compliance-related deliverables, including customer due diligence, AIR inquiries, surveillance, and LMTM callouts.
  • Participate actively in Power Hour callouts and tag campaigns in ECRM.
  • Review daily production and evaluate its impact on scorecards.
