To actively solicit and originate revenue-generating credit-related transactions from creditworthy borrowers, largely for business purposes; to properly manage and monitor assigned accounts and to ensure collection of credits granted.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking, with demonstrated exposure to relationship management, credit evaluation, loan structuring, and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to manage and grow corporate or commercial client accounts, ensuring high service satisfaction and strong client retention.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at various organizational levels.
- High digital proficiency, with the ability to leverage banking platforms, CRM tools, and digital financial solutions to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills, with the capacity to make sound credit and business decisions.
