JOB SUMMARY:
The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing participant relationships and driving engagement across all service touchpoints. As the primary contact within the company, the Rela onship Manager ensures that participant issues and requests are addressed promptly and effec vely, either directly or through coordination with relevant BancNet units. This role oversees par cipant onboarding and the implement on of services, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Relationship Managers are expected to collaborate closely with internal teams and vendors to uphold service quality, responsiveness, and par cipant sa sfac on. QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree in Business, Finance, Economics or any related field
2-3years experience in Relationship Management preferably in banking, fintech or financial services
Solid understanding of the banking and finance industry, payment systems, switch network operations, and financial ins tu on structures.
Comprehend the company's objectives, strategies, and culture to ensure that relationships with stakeholders align with these overarching goals.
Gain deep insights into the payments / financial industry landscape, including market trends, customer behavior, and compe ve pressures, to an cipate needs and iden fy opportuni es.
Grasp different department's functions in the organize on interact to drive efficiency.
Understand the business model, profile of the assigned participants and create targeted communications and value arcula on plans accordingly.
