Role Description
This role is expected to perform the following tasks:
- Produce committed level of revenues by generating new loan accounts, expanding existing loan portfolio and services to targeted corporate customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate/mid-market/medium enterprise segments of companies across all sectors.
- Loans/deposits origination.
- Ensure customer service is provided, and maximum profitability is achieved, while maintaining the quality standards of the bank.
- Comply with all internal policies, procedures, credit manual, KYC policy as well as the relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduate of any business-related course
- At least 3 years of relationship management experience within the corporate or commercial banking space with strong origination/business development skills preferably within Corporate/SME/Middle market
- Ability to speak the Chinese language is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial analysis and portfolio management skills
- Sales and negotiation skills
