We are looking for aRelationship Manager (1 year contract) to join our team!

Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager is expected amongst others, to work with the client stakeholders to identify business requirements, maintain a high degree of client satisfaction, and drive the revenue growth. The person should also have the ability to lead multiple project teams and has the capability build strong board-level relationships. The Relations Manager will provide guidance and direction throughout the project lifecycle and capable to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs
  • Identifying potential opportunities aligned with the company's solution offering
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure solutions align with overall business goals
  • Providing consultative expertise and guidance to clients
  • Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while monitoring project timelines and budgets
  • Ensuring effective communication between clients and internal teams
  • Developing and implementing strategies for client retention and growth
  • Staying informed about emerging technology trends and how they could benefit clients
  • Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to travel and work off hours when required

Qualifications:

  • With sales/account or operational management experience gained from a IT or services organization
  • Graduate of any business or technical degree
  • With minimum 5 years hands on experience in either sales/account or operational management

The position will require local travel in the Philippines. The qualified candidates must be willing to be assigned to any location in the country as needed.
