Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and initiate the development of new loan/deposit accounts
• Maintain existing accounts for repeat business
• Cross-sell other products of the Bank to enhance the contribution from the clients
• Monitors availments, payments, interest dues of existing clients
• Prepare loan renewal/extension proposal and annual loan review
• Orient and train newly hired Assistant Relationship Managers
• Supervise and monitor the execution of the duties and responsibilities of the Assistant Relationship Managers
• Monitor industry updates and major developments on assigned Conglomerates

Job Requirements

• Must possess a Bachelor's degree major in Finance/Business Management/Banking/Marketing or any related field
• At least 5 years of work experience in relationship management handling large corporate accounts
• Proven track record of managing high-value corporate clients
• Experience in credit assessement is an advantage
• Knowledge of loan structuring, working capital assessment , and project finance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets
