Role: Unit Head for Regulatory Reports under the Financial Control and Accounting Division
About You and the Role
As Regulatory Reports Unit Head, you will play a high‑impact, leadership role in ensuring that the Bank's regulatory submissions accurately reflect its financial condition and fully comply with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards and regulatory circulars. You will lead a team of accounting officers and associates and work closely with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the accurate and timely preparation and submission of regulatory reports to the BSP, SEC, and PDIC
- Oversee key regulatory reports such as CAR, Basel Leverage Ratio, DOSRI, PDIC packages, and published financial statements
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and regulatory circulars
- Supervise, coach, and review the work of Accounting Officers and Associates under the unit
- Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements with internal stakeholders and external auditors (BSP, PDIC, SGV, etc.)

Qualifications We Value
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, or a related field
- CPA license preferred, with audit or banking experience highly valued
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in banking or an auditing firm
- Strong working knowledge of PFRS and BSP/SEC/PDIC regulatory reporting requirements
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and ensure high regulatory accuracy
