Job Description

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead full-scope solar product sales in the Philippine market. This role covers both channel distribution, C&I and utility-scale project sales, including engagement with distributors, developers, and EPCs.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of solar module sales experience, strong commercial acumen, solid market knowledge, and the ability to independently drive business growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to the Philippine market to achieve targets in sales volume, budget, market share, and profitability.
  • Customer Development & Maintenance: Expand and strengthen the distributor network. Maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication, order follow-ups, and contract execution. Accurately forecast demand and ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Drive collaboration across departments and regions. Mobilize internal resources to deliver customized solutions. Work together with local and international teams to engage developers, EPCs, and other key stakeholders to meet regional sales goals.
  • Sales Data Management: Analyze sales data, generate insights, identify performance gaps, and propose corrective measures to improve results.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research on demand trends, customer needs, competitor products, pricing, and strategies. Provide recommendations for competitive market positioning.
  • Market Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and other industry events to enhance brand visibility and strengthen business connections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above;
  • Minimum 35 years of solar module sales experience, preferably from module / inverter / mounting system suppliers;
  • Knowledge of international sales, solar industry market dynamics, and trade practices is an advantage;
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;
  • Solid understanding of the Philippine market (regulations, customer types, competitor landscape) is a plus;
  • Proficient in English, with strong command of office software;
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth with a high level of self-motivation.
