Job Description

Sales & Business Development

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales in assigned areas.
Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Territory Management

Manage and monitor sales activities across the Malabon region and nearby areas.
Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.
Team Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

Logistics Support

Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
Ensure efficient use of resources and time while covering multiple locations.
aged 25-40
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industries
Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver's license
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Knowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantage
High level of initiative, independence, and integrity
Ability to meet targets under minimal supervision
Will handle Malabon area
