Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead Business Information sales across multiple APAC markets. This role is responsible for setting regional sales direction, supporting country leaders, and driving sustainable revenue growth through strong execution and client partnerships.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • At least 10 years of B2B sales experience, with 5 or more years leading regional or multi-country teams
  • Experience selling business information, data, analytics, risk, or similar solutions
  • Strong background in enterprise or consultative sales environments
  • Proven ability to lead teams across different countries and cultures
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working in matrixed and fast-moving organizations
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel across the region as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the regional sales strategy for business information and data solutions across assigned countries
  • Lead, coach, and support country sales managers and senior sales leaders to drive strong performance
  • Own regional revenue targets and ensure consistent delivery across all markets
  • Review pipelines, forecasts, and key deals to maintain healthy sales performance and accuracy
  • Support and participate in high-value enterprise and strategic client engagements when needed
  • Identify growth opportunities in new markets, industries, and customer segments
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to align solutions with regional market needs
  • Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide clear and regular performance updates to senior leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities
  • Ensure all sales activities follow company policies, local regulations, and industry best practices
