About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused Data Product Manager to lead and manage data products delivered as part of our managed services offering. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of data solutions provided to clients—ensuring they are reliable, scalable, and continuously delivering business value.

You will act as the bridge between clients, data teams, and operations—owning both product strategy and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and manage the roadmap for data products within managed service engagements
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding data product performance and enhancements
  • Translate client requirements into scalable, reusable data solutions
  • Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver high-quality outputs
  • Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and service quality standards are consistently met
  • Monitor product performance, usage, and client satisfaction
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of data workflows
  • Manage product backlogs, releases, and prioritization across multiple client accounts
  • Ensure strong data governance, security, and compliance practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or managed services environments
  • Strong understanding of data ecosystems (ETL pipelines, data warehousing, APIs)
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with data platforms
  • Experience managing client-facing products or services
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and service delivery models

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Exposure to machine learning workflows using Scikit-learn or TensorFlow
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
  • Background in customer success, consulting, or service delivery
