Job Description: Recruitment Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Recruitment Supervisor to oversee and manage the companys end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will lead hiring strategies, manage sourcing channels, and ensure the best talent acquisition practices are followed while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans.
- Create and publish job ads on various recruitment portals.
- Network with potential hires through social media and professional events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
- Source candidates through a variety of search methods to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Conduct initial phone screens and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Ensure minimum qualifications are met for all position postings.
- Conduct in-person interviews for junior, senior, and executive roles.
- Participate in the selection process by recommending suitable candidates.
- Manage and enhance the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Develop postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
- Perform reference and background checks as needed.
- Track key hiring metrics, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire.
- Design, distribute, and evaluate candidate experience surveys.
- Perform job analytics and maintain candidate databases for future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage job offers, including negotiation and finalization of employment terms.
- Organize and participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices.
- Handle DOLE cases and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Complete any additional work-related tasks assigned by management efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with major job sites.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites (LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Jora, Indeed, Bossjob, etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws, particularly those related to recruitment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Salary Range: 28,000 35,000
