Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support the recruitment team in fulfilling retail manpower requirements for store and head office positions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with store managers and department heads regarding hiring needs and deployment schedules.
  • Lead field recruitment activities such as job fairs, mall hiring events, and coordination with PESO offices.
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to attract qualified retail candidates.
  • Maintain an active applicant database for various retail positions (e.g., sales associate, cashier, merchandiser, store supervisor).
  • Monitor recruitment performance and ensure timely completion of hiring targets.
  • Train and guide recruiters to strengthen their sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor standards.

Qualification Summary

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • With atleast 35 years of recruitment experience, including 12 years in a supervisory role.
  • Must have experience in field recruitment and mass hiring, preferably in the retail or manpower industry.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and online recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Facebook, Bossjob, LinkedIn).
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willing to travel for recruitment activities and store visits when needed
