HR Recruitment Supervisor!
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and roles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate evaluations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide hiring insights.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and uphold company culture throughout the recruitment process.
- Oversee recruitment reports, metrics, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Support onboarding and employer branding activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of solid recruitment experience, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and labor market trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Experience handling volume hiring is an advantage.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a recruitment team.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
