Recruitment Specialist

ROLE PURPOSE

The Recruitment Specialist is a strategic partner to the business, responsible for end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units. This role goes beyond filling vacancies - it translates business needs into talent profiles, provides market insights, and builds trusted partnerships with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely hiring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. End-to-End Recruitment & Stakeholder Partnership

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned portfolios: e.g., Distribution (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations)
• Conduct thorough kick-off meetings with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to align on: success profile, must-have vs. nice-to-have, timeline, compensation benchmark, and interview process
• Provide market intelligence and evidence-based advice to influence hiring decisions
• Ensure all requisitions are managed accurately in SuccessFactors RCM, including approval path adherence and compliance

2. Sourcing & Assessment

• Develop diverse sourcing strategies: internal mobility, job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and career fairs (e.g., AIM Career Fair)
• Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Drive a positive candidate experience at all touchpoints

3. Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation

• Maintain weekly pulse updates to hiring managers on market feedback, pipeline status, risks, and trade-offs
• Coach hiring managers on interview best practices and selection
• Proactively flag risks early and propose solutions / options, not just problems

4. Credibility & Continuous Improvement

• Build credibility through consistent follow-through, transparent communication, and data-driven insights
• Participate in TA projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Distribution, or Shared Services
• Experience in handling Commercial/Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain roles is an advantage
• Proficient in SuccessFactors RCM or any ATS
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, etc.)
