Hiring: Senior HR Recruitment Specialist

Are you a sourcing expert with a strategic mindset Infinity Growth Evolution (IG Evolution) is looking for a dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead our talent acquisition efforts and help us scale our teams to the next level!

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from strategic job posting to seamless candidate onboarding.
Hiring Collaboration: Partner closely with department heads (like Ms. Amber and Sir Pao) to define talent needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
Innovative Sourcing: Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Facebook, and TikTok.
Candidate Experience: Act as the face of the company, ensuring a professional, transparent, and positive experience for every applicant.
Data-Driven Insights: Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate databases to continuously improve our hiring efficiency.
Compliance & Policy: Ensure all hiring practices align with legal standards and internal company policies.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 - 3 years in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition.
Industry Requirement: Proven experience in the TSP Industry is a MUST.
Skills: Expert-level sourcing skills, excellent English communication (written and verbal), and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
