The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring manpower needs and qualifications are met. This includes attracting candidates to interview, selecting, and onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Work closely with managers to understand their staffing needs, including required skills, experience, and the number of positions to be filled.
- Create clear and accurate job descriptions that attract qualified candidates and accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
- Coordinating with agencies on screening and scheduling the interviews of the qualified applicants.
- Processing store intros of the qualified applicants
- Collaborating with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven years of experience in Recruitment, preferably from retail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Can work with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
