Job Description

Aickman and Greene is an executive search firm that helps fill positions from rank-and-file to executive levels, for both white-collar and blue-collar roles. Since November 2012, we have been providing the right talents to different organizations across the Philippines.

We are now hiring a Recruitment Officer who can handle bulk or volume hiring for blue-collar roles.

Main Responsibilities/ Tasks

  • Responsible in guiding its clients on best and most suitable Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

methods.

  • Managing the entire process of finding, attracting and hiring talent for their clients.
  • Understands/Comprehends thoroughly clients search mandate in all its perspectives which include clients nature of business, organizational structure, corporate culture, job description, qualifications profile and other information relevant to the search.
  • Closely interacts/discusses with clients on search progress. In this connection, he/she exercises independent judgment or decision relative to clients needs and/or queries
  • Handles and leads multiple end to end search assignments
  • Develop and implement strategies based on clients needs
  • Research into competitors and marketplace
  • Define job description and document specifications
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Create a candidate persona (assessment) for each open position
  • Conducts thorough interviews with potential candidates and exercises independent judgment in making a comprehensive assessment/evaluation reports on the endorsed candidates
  • Present shortlisted candidates
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries
  • Follow-up references and check credits
  • Represent the client, handle the offer negotiation on their behalf
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Research and develop recruiting leads
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Hit the numerical target assigned to the role by monthly

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course.
  • At least two (2) years of experience as a Recruiter handling bulk or volume hiring.
  • Experience working in a manpower agency is an advantage.
  • With proven record of successful hires.
  • Has a strong sense of urgency and good negotiation skills.
  • Good communication and analytical skills.
  • Can start immediately.
