Job Title: HR Supervisor Recruitment

What You'll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned accounts and ensure SLA compliance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring expectations
  • Build talent pipelines with the Talent Sourcing team
  • Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and administer assessments
  • Prepare and extend job offers and manage candidates through onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential candidate records via ATS

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or a related field
  • At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and systems
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interviewing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
