Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions.
Source, screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Prepare job postings, recruitment reports, and hiring documentation.
Handle onboarding and orientation of newly hired employees.
Maintain employee records, 201 files, and HR databases.
Administer employee relations concerns, disciplinary actions, and HR notices.
Assist in payroll coordination, timekeeping, leave, and attendance monitoring.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
Coordinate with government agencies for HR-related requirements (SSS, PhilHealth,
Pag-IBIG, DOLE).
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement activities.
Perform general administrative duties such as document control, memo preparation, and
office coordination.
Provide administrative support to management and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business
Administration, or related field.
At least 24 years of experience as an HR Generalist and/or Recruitment Specialist.
With Experience Handling Administrative Staff Functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Familiar with Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience in employee relations, documentation, and record management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Computer literate (MS Office, HR systems, online job portals).
Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
