This role is for an experienced Recruiter responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle for various departments and clients. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, clients, and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job intake to placement
- Write and post job ads across different platforms
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, OnlineJobs.ph, and other job boards
- Use LinkedIn headhunting to find and engage passive candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial and final interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
- Maintain strong communication with hiring managers and clients
- Track candidates and update recruitment pipelines
- Ensure a positive experience for both candidates and clients
- Support cross-functional teams and help improve recruitment processes
Key Qualifications:
- At least two years of experience in a recruitment company, preferably VA recruitment
- Strong experience with full-cycle recruitment (end to end)
- Proven experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, OnlineJobs.ph, and similar platforms
- Strong skills in headhunting and candidate sourcing
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with Canva or similar editing tools
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Great team player with a collaborative mindset and proactive attitude
