We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple roles and functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, drives strategic hiring initiatives, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit
- Maintain and manage candidate pipelines with accurate ATS documentation
- Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
- Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
- Proven success recruiting mid-to-senior level roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
