Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple roles and functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers, drives strategic hiring initiatives, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience from sourcing through offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, from intake to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit
  • Maintain and manage candidate pipelines with accurate ATS documentation
  • Provide market insights, hiring trends, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Ensure a positive, inclusive, and engaging candidate experience
  • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house)
  • Proven success recruiting mid-to-senior level roles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience recruiting for [industry-specific roles]
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance standards
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior recruiters
