Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pasig. This position is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers throughout the selection process. The Recruitment Specialist will prepare job postings, maintain candidate pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding. The role also includes supporting training and orientation for new hires, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and providing regular reports on hiring progress. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and refine recruitment strategies is a key part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
  • Strong recruiting and hiring skills, including experience managing the full recruitment cycle.
  • Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment, with the ability to evaluate qualifications and role fit.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting training and onboarding activities for new team members.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR processes.
  • Ability to work on-site in Pasig and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
