Role Description The Recruitment Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Iloilo. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating and conducting interviews for various call center and support positions. The Recruitment Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and ensure timely and effective hiring decisions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating recruitment trackers, organizing and facilitating new hire orientations, and supporting training and onboarding activities. The role also involves promoting the company's employer brand, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and adhering to internal policies and local employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, with experience managing full-cycle recruitment.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing candidate suitability and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding skills to support new hire integration and initial performance readiness.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in call center or BPO recruitment, including high-volume hiring.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Candidates should be proficient with applicant tracking systems and common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work on-site in Iloilo and adapt to shifting schedules as required by business operations.
