As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our recruitment team and looking for a Recruiter who will support high-volume, entry-level hiring projects for international clients.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for entry-level, customer-facing roles across international projects. You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines and supporting the recruitment process end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, social media platforms, and internal databases
  • Proactively engage candidates through outreach messages and calls
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess communication skills, motivation, and role fit
  • Manage and update candidate pipelines accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Shortlist and present qualified candidates to clients in a clear and professional format
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to candidates
  • Support candidates throughout the hiring journey to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Collaborate closely with the Team Lead, Account Manager, and internal recruitment team
  • Meet hiring targets and timelines for volume recruitment projects

Candidate Profile

  • 12 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, customer service, or similar roles (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Korean
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Comfortable conducting phone and online interviews
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and experienced in maintaining accurate candidate data
  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Experience in high-volume or entry-level hiring is a strong advantage
