We are hiring a Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill open roles efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning multiple requisitions, sourcing proactively, and moving candidates through the hiring process with consistency and attention to detail.
What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from role intake to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates throughout the process
- Support offer preparation and follow-ups
- Meet agreed hiring timelines and fill targets
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience for international or remote teams, agency or high-volume recruiting
- Strong experience running full-cycle recruitment independently
- Confident sourcing and screening skills
- Experience using ATS and recruiting tools
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple open roles
Technical Requirements
- Suitable work-from-home setup
- Stable Internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Personal Device Specifications: 8th gen Intel i5+/Ryzen 5 3000+/Mac Core i5 (2017+), 8GB RAM minimum
Work Setup
- 100% Remote Work
- Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM EST
