Reports To: Recruitment Manager / TA Lead

Role Overview

The Recruitment Specialist Niche Hiring is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring highly specialized talent for hard-to-fill and critical roles across the organization. This role requires deep expertise in targeted sourcing strategies, strong market intelligence, and the ability to engage niche talent pools through proactive and creative recruitment approaches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for niche, specialized, and high-impact roles across technical, leadership, and hard-to-source domains.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using niche job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates through continuous market research and relationship management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical competencies, and business priorities.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure alignment with role expectations and organizational culture.
  • Provide consultative insights to stakeholders on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring trends.
  • Manage candidate experience from initial engagement through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data privacy standards, and hiring timelines.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting through ATS and recruitment dashboards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on niche or specialized hiring.
  • Proven experience sourcing for roles such as technology, analytics, digital, leadership, or other hard-to-fill positions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
