Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other creative channels
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives, job postings, and employer branding campaigns
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to meet hiring targets
- Track sourcing performance and provide basic reports and insights
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment sourcing and/or recruitment marketing
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Experience in BPO or shared services hiring is an advantage
