The Role
We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled
Recruitment Sourcing Specialist to support our hiring team by identifying, engaging, and qualifying top talent across a wide range of industriesincluding technology, executive leadership, and manufacturing. This role plays a critical part in strengthening our talent pipeline and ensuring we consistently connect with high-quality candidates who align with our clients evolving needs.
The ideal candidate brings a strong Recruiting foundation, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to adapt sourcing strategies across diverse roles and industries. You are naturally curious, take full ownership of your work, value relationship-driven recruitment, and pursue excellence in every search you support.
Location: Must be in Colombia Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5-7+ years of experience in recruiting as a primary role, with a focus on talent sourcing, preferably in a remote or virtual environment
- Proven experience sourcing across multiple industries and role levels, including technical and executive positions
- Strong proficiency with job boards, ATS platforms, AI tools, and Boolean search methodologies
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a strong emphasis on creating highly customized,individual, and engaging outreach campaigns as well as fielding difficult prospective candidate questions, adjusting tone/style to fit candidates across industries.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
- Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring teams is a plus
Education

- 57+ years of experience in recruiting as a primary role, with a strong focus on talent sourcing across multiple industries, including technical, executive, and skilled manufacturing roles.
- Experience supporting U.S.-based hiring teams and working in remote or virtual environments is highly valued.

Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates for a wide range of roles across multiple industries, including technical, executive, and skilled manufacturing positions
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, internal databases, referrals, AI tools, and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Build, organize, and maintain strong talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
Candidate Engagement & Screening
- Conduct initial outreach and engagement with prospective candidates using personalized, professional messaging
- Be able to adapt to reflect the unique cultures of our many different clients when engaging with prospective candidates
- Perform preliminary candidate screenings to assess experience, qualifications, cultural alignment, and role fit
- Maintain timely, respectful, and relationship-driven communication throughout the early stages of the recruitment process
Recruitment Operations Support
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles
- Track sourcing activity, candidate progress, and pipeline metrics within ATS and recruitment tools
- Assist with interview scheduling and provide coordination support throughout the hiring lifecycle
Market & Industry Research
- Research talent markets, industry trends, and competitor hiring activity to inform sourcing strategies
- Provide insights on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and market conditions
- Adjust sourcing approaches based on role seniority, industry-specific dynamics, and client expectations
- Researching, testing and implementing new sourcing tools/avenues with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Process Improvement & Best Practices
- Continuously evaluate and refine sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality, engagement, and response rates
- Recommend sourcing tools, platforms, and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Maintain organized documentation and ensure accuracy and compliance across all recruitment systems
