Job Summary
As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from sourcing qualified candidates to screening applicants and maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role ensures timely hiring while delivering an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms.
- Conduct proactive talent searches using recruitment databases and professional networks.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various positions.
Candidate Screening
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and virtual interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate candidate experience, competencies, and career objectives against client requirements.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide timely feedback and communicate application status to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives.
- Conduct job intake meetings to gather role requirements, hiring timelines, and candidate expectations.
- Provide recruitment updates and hiring progress reports.
- Present qualified candidate shortlists with detailed profiles and recommendations.
Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Assist with salary negotiations and offer management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Experience in sourcing candidates through various recruitment platforms and social media.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles or account management is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Work Schedule: Night Shift (12 AM – 9AM) Monday to Friday
Work Setup: Remote
