Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and help attract, hire, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet the organization's workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Participate in interviews and make final hiring recommendations.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Optimize job postings and manage recruitment marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and career fairs.
  • Support internal recruitment and succession planning initiatives.
  • Provide candidates with information regarding compensation, benefits, and company culture.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate records and hiring activities.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide hiring insights to management and HR teams.
  • Develop strategies to improve employee retention and talent development.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Experience

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Experience managing recruitment programs and high-volume hiring processes preferred.
  • Experience using ATS and recruitment management systems.
