Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, executes various sourcing strategies for the assigned accounts and covered locations
- Conducts HR interview and administers applicable HR exams to candidates.
- Discusses the pre-employment requirements and schedules applicants for medical exam.
- Monitors the medical exam and credit checking results of all applicants in process.
- Conducts reference checking with applicants previous employers.
- Schedules applicants for unit interview.
- Monitors and follow up endorsed applications to the business units.
- Coordinates with requisitioning units on the status of endorsed applications and interviewed candidates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or other related course
- With at least 3 years of experience in recruitment function
- Knowledgeable in End-to-end Recruitment Process, Talent Assessment, Sourcing
- Team player, flexible and can work with minimal supervision.
- With good verbal and written communication skills.
