About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead recruitment strategies and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role involves managing the full hiring cycle, building strong partnerships with hiring managers, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the recruitment efforts for our initial Cebu team, leading both volume hiring and niche/specialized talent acquisition to support business expansion.
  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing hiring strategies and sourcing through various channels (job boards, ATS, networks) to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Build, manage, and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) and hiring pipeline, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and overall candidate experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers, ensuring strong alignment and smooth interview coordination.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and initial team setup, including necessary documentation and administrative processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Strong background in both active and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
