Position Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Manager holds overall accountability for meeting the headcount targets for current as well as new clients in his/her assigned verticals or entities. He/she will develop and strengthen relationships with all clients and stakeholders by leading the Talent Acquisition Operations team through the day-to-day control and direction on interviews, selection, and job offers. This role is also expected to collaborate with the other departments / units within Talent Acquisition on all recruitment needs to ensure all open tracks are filled in a timely manner at the targeted cost per hire as well as other units such as Business Development, Human Resources and Operations in order to promote a positive new hire experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Operations
  • Oversee and ensure the smooth delivery of standard recruitment processes across the team
  • Monitor end-to-end recruitment performance, including quality, timelines, and client satisfaction
  • Identify recruitment roadblocks and recommend process improvements aligned with business needs
  • Delegate recruitment tasks and drive adherence to hiring timelines and targets
  • Monitor all open requisitions and ensure timely endorsements, updates, and feedback to clients through quality TA reports
  • Manage candidate administration for open requisitions, including conducting interviews and facilitating placements
Leadership and People Management
  • Drive performance management through clear team and individual metrics, rewards, and recognition
  • Monitor overall team productivity and performance
  • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions, performance reviews, and appraisals in a timely manner
  • Establish individual development and succession plans
  • Recommend and facilitate trainings, learning sessions, and seminars to support team growth
  • Oversee the hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
Client and Stakeholder Partnership
  • Identify recruitment-related client issues and develop and implement effective solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to address and mitigate client escalations
  • Drive client satisfaction and proactively strengthen client relationships
  • Review, analyze, and utilize client and NPS survey data to enhance recruitment processes
  • Attend client introductory calls and calibration meetings and provide hiring recommendations
  • Represent the Talent Acquisition team in site leadership or client meetings as required
Strategy
  • Partner with the Sourcing Team to develop and implement sourcing and recruitment marketing initiatives
  • Ensure timely and clear communication of organizational changes and new strategies to the team
  • Communicate team and individual Share of Hires (SOH) and Turnaround Time (TAT) targets and create action plans to achieve them
  • Develop ramp plans with the Sourcing Team for volume and critical hiring requirements
  • Analyze TA reports and hiring trends to identify challenges and proactively address current and anticipated issues
Process Improvement, Compliance, and Reporting
  • Monitor team adherence to recruitment processes, including target delivery, documentation, pre-boarding, and onboarding
  • Ensure preparation for and participation in internal and external company audits
  • Conduct audits to ensure proper usage of TA tools such as JobAdder, Vervoe, and internal trackers
  • Gather and report system or technical issues and recommend solutions
  • Identify process gaps and collaborate with TA, HR, Operations, and external partners to implement improvements
  • Submit required client and business reports, including requisition progress (EOD/BD), TA productivity (SOH/TAT), and weekly hiring updates
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bacheloru0027s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field an advanced degree is preferred
  • Equivalent relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in a similar scope and capacity
  • Preferably with a minimum of 2 yearsu0027 experience in a Talent Acquisition Officer or equivalent role
  • Proven experience in people management, stakeholder management, process improvement, and reporting and analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of recruitment applications and systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems and assessment tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to decision-making and strategy formulation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess recruitment performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation of enhanced recruitment strategies
