Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and engage Accounting & Finance candidates within the Australian (Melbourne) market
- Conduct high-volume phone screening and candidate qualification
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships and talent pipelines
- Format and present CVs to a high standard aligned with client expectations
- Conduct market mapping and talent identification for key roles
- Manage candidate processes end-to-end (screening → submission → feedback)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and priorities
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment within the Australian market
- Strong background recruiting for Accounting & Finance roles (essential)
- Excellent spoken and written English (near-native level)
- Confident and comfortable being on the phone regularly with candidates
- Strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals (sourcing, screening, CV formatting, pipeline management)
- Experience with market mapping and proactive candidate outreach
- Highly candidate-focused with strong relationship-building skills
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running

- Experience working remotely with Australian clients
