Job description:
We are seeking a proactive and people-orientedRecruitment Assistantwithat least 1 year of recruitment experienceto join our growing HR team. This role will primarily focus onsourcing, screening, and interviewing entry-level applicants, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for various operational and office roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Management
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment events.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified entry-level candidates.
- Craft and post job advertisements to maximize visibility and attract suitable applicants.
- Conduct resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Interviewing & Screening
- Conduct initial phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews for entry-level positions.
- Assess candidate competencies, work ethics, and alignment with company values.
- Facilitate exams or pre-assessment activities as needed.
- Endorse shortlisted applicants to Recruitment Specialist for next steps.
Recruitment Coordination
- Schedule interviews between applicants and Hiring Managers.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide consistent updates to candidates.
- Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment dashboards, and complete documentation.
- Support pre-employment processing and onboarding activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent sourcing
- Experience in interviewing entry-level applicants is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
